Guided by Jiangsu Women's Federation, Changzhou (a city in Jiangsu) Women's Federation hosted a publicity lecture on fostering new strength to promote new development, on April 23.
More than 150 people, including women from new types of economic organizations, across the country, and women entrepreneurs from Changzhou, attended.
During the activity, three women entrepreneurs, each working in the private sector, shared their entrepreneurial stories.
Some participants said, by attending the event, they gained a deeper understanding of how women have been playing important roles in promoting economic development and technological innovation in China.
Many of the participants said the event inspired them to firm up their confidence, strive to make progress, and continue to contribute to advancing Chinese modernization.
