The Women's Federation of Tianjin Binhai New Area (in North China's Tianjin Municipality) has built a network of women's federations in new types of economic and social organizations, and among groups in new forms of employment, in recent years.
To improve women food-delivery workers' professional qualifications and self-protection ability, the Women's Federation of Binhai New Area's Food Delivery Industry has organized several skills-training and rights-protection-service activities. Women's groups of food delivery workers have been established in 472 villages/residential communities in Binhai New Area.
The Women's Federation of Tianjin Binhai New Area has also innovated its services provided to women. It has organized livestreaming skills training, and it has organized human papilloma virus (HPV) screenings and psychological consultations among online ride-hailing drivers.
The women's group of e-commerce industry in Binhai New Area has used its e-commerce platform to help more than 20 in-need families sell their agricultural products.
