International participants of the Global Leaders' Meeting on Women visited several places, on the front line of women's development, in Beijing, on October 14.
The participants visited Silk Street building, a famous shopping area in Chaoyang District, Beijing World of Robots, in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, and the women and children's social-services center, in Shunyi District. During the visits, and related exchanges, they witnessed the high-quality development of women and children's causes in China. Many of the visitors said they were impressed by Chinese women's outstanding performances, in various fields.
