On November 15 and 16, in Lima, Peru, Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the 31st APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting and held a number of bilateral talks with leaders from Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Chile, New Zealand and Japan.
He also met with U.S. President Joe Biden.
