Photo-Collection Event Celebrates National Women's Congress

In May, the Social Liaison, Exchanges and Cooperation Center of the All-China Women's Federation (Women's Foreign Language Publications of China) and China Women Photographers' Association, under the guidance of the Publicity Department of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), launched a photo-collection event. The activity was intended to set the stage for the 13th National Women's Congress of China. Organizers have received more than 2,500 photos, and they have selected 100 photos as most impressive works. The selected photos focus on women, children and their families. They cover such topics as love for the Party and the country, women's development, children's growth, family traditions, rural revitalization, cultural inheritance and everyday life.

The CPC (Communist Party of China) Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the cause of women and children. In recent years, important achievements have been made in areas involving women, children and families. The photos also reflect that women, across the country, have striven hard to write their chapters in the new era.
