CWU Party Secretary Gives Lecture on Women's Work

Li Mingshun, Secretary of the Party committee of the China Women's University & ACWF Executive Leadership Academy (CWU), gave a lecture to all teachers and students on March 8, 2021.

 

Li Mingshun, Secretary of the Party committee of the China Women's University & ACWF Executive Leadership Academy (CWU), gave a lecture to all teachers and students on this year's International Women's Day, which fell on March 8. The theme of the lecture was learning from General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on women and women's work.

Taking the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on March 6 when he visited the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee members from the sectors of medicine and health, and education as the key point and combining the initiatives launched by the All-China Woman's Federation (ACWF), Li elaborated the Marxist outlook on women in the new era and analyzed China women's work and development.

Li stressed deeply understanding the significance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech on women and women's work.

He pointed out that CWU, as an affiliated unit of the ACWF, will actively respond to the initiatives proposed by the ACWF, strive to promote high-quality development and make greater contribution to the development of women, children and families.

The participants said that they had a better understanding of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on women's work and development through such a lively course, and they vowed to gather into a powerful women force to promote the high-quality development of the school and further devote themselves to socialist modernization.
