CWU Cooperates with Zhejiang's Jiande City

China Women's University & ACWF Executive Leadership Academy (CWU) signed a cooperative agreement with Jiande City, East China's Zhejiang Province, in Beijing, on October 19, 2020.

The agreement will result in the construction of an ACWF Executive Leadership Academy teaching base and a China Women's University teaching practice base at the Education Base of the Spirit of Qianhe Women in the city's Qianhe Village, and the two sides will strengthen cooperation on curriculum development and teaching research in cadre training.

Li Mingshun, Secretary of the Party committee of the CWU, outlined the history and current conditions of the university. Li expected that the two sides will make joint efforts to study and develop the spirit of Qianhe women and expand the Education Base of the Spirit of Qianhe Women into a training and teaching base.

Liu Liqun, President of the CWU, indicated that the university and the city agree with each other in many aspects of women's studies, family construction and children's protection. She said that the university will help the city make more achievements in women's development and gender equality. She also hoped that the two sides will work together to promote the development of women's cause and the work of women's federations.
