Cai Shumin Inspects CWU's Preparations for Autumn Semester, Epidemic Prevention Work

Cai Shumin, Member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), conducted an inspection tour of China Women's University (CWU) on August 30, 2020, before the new semester begins.

Cai, accompanied by Li Mingshun, Secretary of the Party committee of the CWU, and Liu Liqun, President of the CWU, investigated and offered guidance for the new term with regards to welcoming students back to the campus and the school's epidemic prevention and control work.

Cai checked the details of code scanning, body temperature measurement and information registration at the south gate of the school, inquired about the emergency response measures for people with abnormal temperatures, and urged medical workers to protect themselves.

At the students' registration sites, Cai asked the staff about the enrollment and employment rates of different colleges, and she reviewed the guide book for freshmen on the campus in autumn semester.

Since receiving the notice of the school reopening in Beijing, the CWU has implemented requirements for regular epidemic prevention and control in accordance with the spirit of the notices released by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the ACWF, the Ministry of Education and the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Beijing Municipal Government.
