CWU Law School Holds Teachers Meeting for New Term

On March 1, the Law School of China Women's University (CWU) held its faculty meeting for the new term. Meng Mingming, secretary of the Law School General Party Branch, presided over the event. Zhou Yingjiang, dean of the Law School, and, all faculty members participated in the meeting.

Meng introduced the situation of the work handover, and put forward several requirements towards Party construction, student affairs and employment of graduates. Xing Hongmei, vice-dean of the Law School, outlined the teaching affairs for the new term, notified attendees about the progress of scientific projects, and highlighted the demands of evaluation work towards undergraduate teaching.

Zhou sincerely thanked all the faculty members for their efforts and achievements. He emphasized the working aims and key points for new term, further analyzed the situation and possible challenges in the process of development, and deployed the main work in the new term.

Zhou pointed out that staff should pay high attention to talents' quality, take the opportunity to evaluate to improve the standard of teaching and employment. They should also give full play to the basic advantages, continue to reform and innovate, and raise the educational level, Zhou added.

Zhou asked the staff to hold themselves to a higher standard, plunge into their work with full enthusiasm, join hands with different departments and enhance the discipline.
The staff said they would keep their feet on the ground, strive to improve the university's overall strength comprehensively, and make more achievements in the new term.
