Secondly, informing the university's condition of educational reform to provide ideas and assurance for different departments. Thirdly, reaffirming the irreplaceable role of teaching secretary team. Song hoped that these present could concern the development of secretary team, and pointedly improve their theoretical and management level.

Song emphasized that all departments should pay high attention to the revision work of talent training. She hoped that relevant departments could keep their feet firmly on the ground, take into full account the influential factors, extensively solicit opinions, and revise the training program with clear goals.

Relevant departments should take their work seriously, do a good job in daily teaching affairs management, data sorting, and archives administration, and prepare for a new-round evaluation. In order to reduce cheating by students, all the schools should complete the mobilization and education work before the final exam. All the teachers could make full use of the digital teaching platform to save and share high quality teaching resources, and expand the university's influence in higher education fields, Song added.
