A Russian 24-year-old woman has recently dedicated herself to providing voluntary services for those in need at a cerebral palsy rehab center in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province.

Anna Milosovich is acting as a translator between patients from Russian families and medical workers at Harbin Disabled Persons' Federation Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Center.

Meanwhile, she also gives a helping hand to sort out cases and offers assistance in some medical treatments.

Anna is currently a postgraduate at Heilongjiang University in Harbin. Just a few weeks ago, she noticed a news report that says the center was recruiting volunteers. Without hesitation, she signed up.

From then on, aside from finishing her normal subjects at school, each day she spends an hour or so to visit the center.

"Love has no national boundaries. I hope to participate in more charity events during my studies in China to help as many people in need as possible."
