BackgroundHawken Xiu Li, 45, became non-executive director of RENNHE COMM in November 2007. Ms Hawken's sister, Dai Yongge, is Chairperson and CEO of RENHE COMM. Originally named Dai Xiuli, she changed her family name to Hawken after marrying her British husband. After graduating from Heilongjiang University in 1986 with a BA in Chinese Literature, Ms Hawken earned a modest income as a journalist on the Harbin Daily and Zhuhai News.

Brief Introduction
Xiu Li Hawken is the biggest shareholder in Renhe Commercial Holdings, which was listed in Hong Kong in 2008, and also manages shopping centers on the sites of former underground military shelters. Having graduated from Heilongjiang University in 1986 with a BA in Chinese Literature, in 1996 she joined RENHE COMM and in 2007 became director of RENHE COMM overseas and of the Hong Kong Group companies
