Meng Liqing is an aircraft-structure engineer at the maintenance engineering department, under Chengdu Airlines.
As head of the supervision team, Meng supervised the manufacturing of the domestic aircraft ARJ21 in Shanghai in 2011. She developed effective supervision methods and she improved supervision procedures.
