Jia Xiufang is Head of Boneng Rehabilitation Center for Brain Paralysis Patients, Heilongjiang Province.
Jia has been devoting herself to charitable programs, including caring for impoverished people and subsidizing veteran soldiers, elderly people of no family, cleaners and impoverished families since 1999. She has helped more than 30,000 people and she donated money and materials worth over 30 million yuan ($4.45 million).
