China's First Woman Captain of the C919 Completes Maiden Flight

On May 1st, Yu Yue, China's first woman C919 captain, safely completed her first flight as the captain in command of the C919.

9 years with zero operational errors, she grew from a trainee to an experienced captain.

In 2025, she volunteered for the C919 conversion and stood out from the strict selection and intensive training.
