HEFEI, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) — A family in China's Anhui Province has been taking care of a famed Chinese poet's tomb for more than 1,000 years.
Li Bai is a famous Chinese poet from the Tang Dynasty (618-907) and now a household name in China.
Gu Changxin from Dangtu County in Anhui is the 49th tomb-keeper.
He spoke about why his family has kept it a tradition of guarding Li's tomb, and how honesty and trustworthiness, which have become part of local culture, have resulted in tangible benefits for locals.
