    BEIJING, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) — The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) opened Sunday in Beijing.

    Some international experts said that the event is of great significance, and that China's visions and experience on state governance summed up at the congress could offer inspirations for other parts of the world.
