Chinese President Xi Jinping paid a state visit to Russia and attended the celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Soviet Union's Great Patriotic War.

During the visit, President Xi and President Putin had in-depth communications and reached many new important consensuses, injecting fresh impetus into the development of China-Russia relations.

Here are some of the highlight moments of his May 7-10 trip.
