Spirit of Sixth Plenary Session of 19th CPC Central Committee Arouses Enthusiastic Responses Among Women's Federations' Cadres

The spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC has aroused enthusiastic responses among cadres of women's federations, at all levels. The cadres vow to study the spirit of the plenary session, draw wisdom and strength from the Party's history, and effectively implement the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee during the process of serving women. They also pledge to make concerted efforts to achieve the Second Centenary Goal, realize the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation, and create a new momentum for the high-quality development of women's cause and women's federations' work.

Upholding Xi's Core Position on the CPC Central Committee and in the Party

The Party has established Comrade Xi Jinping's core position on the Party Central Committee, and in the Party as a whole, and has defined the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. This will not only lead all Chinese, of all ethnic groups, to embrace the bright future of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, but also point the way forward for the development of women's cause and women's work in the new era, many women's federations' cadres said.

Huang Aiju, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Gansu Women's Federation, said the Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century is a political manifesto for Party members in the new era, so they focus on their original aspiration and mission, and uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics. The resolution is also a guide of action for them to look back and learn from historical experience and then move forward to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Chen Hong, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Fuzhou Women's Federation, said cadres will adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, serve women and children wholeheartedly and lead women to do their best in technological innovation, social governance, rural revitalization, and employment and entrepreneurship.

Yang Juan, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Sichuan Women's Federation, said the prerequisite for high-quality development of women's work is to unswervingly adhere to the Party's leadership and follow the path of socialist women's development, with Chinese characteristics. She added women's federations should better serve women and guide them to follow the leadership of the Party.

Xu Hong, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Guangdong Women's Federation, said women's federations should unite women and encourage them to make achievements in the new era, strengthen the building of family, family education and family traditions, safeguard women's rights and interests, and promote the well-being of women and children.

Zhang Ye, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Haining Women's Federation, said she will lead the 1,843 members of the federation's executive committee in studying the spirit of the plenum, and in taking the initiative to advance economic and social development during the process of carrying out the federation's work.

Song Yu, Director of the Publicity Department of Guangxi Women's Federation, said the federation will organize women cadres to promote the spirit of the plenum at the community level, guide women to unite more closely around the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi at its core, and make greater achievements in the new era.

Promoting High-Quality Development of Women's Cause

To create new momentum for the high-quality development of women's undertakings, it is necessary to draw wisdom and strength from the Party's history, and to implement the historical experience in all aspects of women's work, many women's federations' cadres said.

Xu Qingxin, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Jinjiang Women's Federation, said the federation's cadres will offer more care to rural women, migrant women and families in need, and will guide women in promoting family civilization and family traditions.

"Chinese women have never enjoyed such a huge opportunity to shine in life, and realize their dreams, as they do today. And the women's cause in China has never seen such bright prospects as it does today," said Liu Xiangping, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Luoyang Women's Federation. She added the cadres should offer better services to women, and help women solve their problems.

Chuan Xiaoyun, President of Siqian Women's Federation, said the cadres will keep learning the Party's history, shoulder their responsibility to serve women and children, and enhance women's sense of gain, happiness and security.

Wang Yuanfen, President of Shipeng Women's Federation, said the cadres will inherit and carry forward the revolutionary spirit, unite and lead women to follow the Party, and contribute to rural revitalization.

Zhang Yajun, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Beijing Women's Federation, said cadres will integrate the federation's development into the capital's high-quality development, and they will make new contributions to the realization of both the Second Centenary Goal and the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.

Huang Fang, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Hunan Women's Federation, said cadres should guide women to play a unique role in family and society, serve as the bridge between the Party and women, and build the women's federation into a warm home for all women.

Wang Mei, member of the Leading Party Members' Group and Vice-President of Beitun Women's Federation, in the 10th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, said cadres will effectively inherit and carry forward the Party's successful experiences and put them into practice.

Striving to Achieve Second Centenary Goal

Zhu Jinsong, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Jiangsu Women's Federation, said cadres will study and promote the spirit of the plenum, offer high-quality services to women and children in family education and psychological counseling service, and work out the plan for common prosperity.

Sun Fenghua, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Shandong Women's Federation, said cadres will continue to promote women's entrepreneurship, innovation in science and technology, and rural revitalization, and they will protect women and children's rights, deepen the reform of the women's federation, and unite women to make greater achievements in the new era.

Liu Shiying, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Lanzhou Women's Federation, said cadres will encourage women to participate in actions that promote a green lifestyle, rural revitalization, and entrepreneurship and innovation, and they will guide women to combine their personal ideals, family happiness, and career development with the historical mission of achieving the Chinese Dream.

As an ethnic Wa woman, Li Hongying, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of the Women's Federation of Cangyuan Wa Autonomous County, in Southwest China's Yunnan Province, has witnessed the earth-shaking changes in the rural mountainous area under the Party's leadership. She said cadres will lead women, of all ethnic groups in Cangyuan, in safeguarding national unity and contributing to revitalization of the rural mountainous area.

Mei Li, member of the Leading Party Members' Group and Vice-President of Nanchang Women's Federation, said cadres will unite and lead women in maintaining the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, and will encourage women to make greater achievements in their careers.

Bao Fang, part-time Vice-President of Women's Federation of Gucheng District, in Lijiang, in Yunnan Province, said cadres will take teacher Zhang Guimei as an example during the process of connecting and serving women, of all ethnic groups in the district, and will encourage women to play a unique role in achieving socialist modernization and promoting family virtues and traditions.

Liu Junhui, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Pingdingshan Women's Federation, said cadres will promote family education and family virtues, continue to carry out activities to care for girls in need, and protect women's health.

"We will implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements on family, family education and family traditions, and we will give full play to the role of the women's federation as a bridge to connect the Party, government and women," said Zhang Li, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Sanya Women's Federation. She added cadres should contribute to the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and greet the 20th National Congress of the CPC with outstanding achievements.
