The 2021 China-ROK Women Celebrities Forum was held virtually in Beijing and Seoul on November 30, 2021. Wang Jiarui, Vice-Chairman of the 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, Cai Shumin, Vice-President and Member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), and Kim Han-kyu, President of the 21st Century South Korea-China Exchange Association, attended and delivered speeches during the forum's opening ceremony.

The forum was sponsored by China Soong Ching Ling Foundation and the 21st Century South Korea-China Exchange Association, and supported by the ACWF. More than 20 women celebrities from China or the Republic of Korea (ROK) who worked in the fields of education, law and/or health care, as well as experts and scholars, discussed policies and practices focusing on the enhancement of child and youth protection.
