Zhang Xiaolan Attends CRFCPD 12th Plenary Session

The 12th plenary session of the China-Russia Friendship Committee for Peace and Development is held in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, in Beijing, on December 5, 2019. Zhang Xiaolan, Vice-President and Member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women's Federation, attends the session as China's representative of CRFCPD's women's council. The 12th plenary session of the China-Russia Friendship Committee for Peace and Development (CRFCPD) was held in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, in Beijing, on December 5, 2019. Xia Baolong, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee and the Chinese chairman of the China-Russia Friendship Committee for Peace and Development (CRFCPD), presided over the session. Boris Titov, Russian president of CRFCPD and Russian Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights, and 16 representatives from CRFCPD's councils spoke during the session.

Zhang Xiaolan, Vice-President and Member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women's Federation, attended the session as China's representative of CRFCPD's women's council. She made a speech on "harnessing women's power to inherit friendship over generations." During the session, Zhang met Svetlana Orlova, Russia's chairperson of CRFCPD's women's council. They discussed measures to enhance women's communications and cooperation in entrepreneurship, tourism, poverty reduction and family affairs.
