A photography exhibition of women's poverty alleviation stories told by women photographers was held at the China National Museum of Women and Children (CNMWC) in Beijing from September 30 to October 31.

The exhibition, launched by the China Association of Women Photographers and the CNMWC, displays 149 photos in 41 categories taken by women photographers. The exhibition reflects women's poverty relief efforts, and pays tribute to women who are working on the front line of anti-poverty battle.

The year 2020 marks a year of winning a decisive victory in the battle against poverty and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.

Chinese women photographers used their lens to demonstrate the achievements that China has made in the battle against poverty and the major role played by Chinese women in poverty eradication.

During the exhibition, some of the women in the photographs and the photographers will be invited to an event where they will share their stories.
