"Women's Federation by Your Side," a WeChat-based mini program, produced by Ningxia Women's Federation, was implemented recently. Through the program, women can learn about the laws and regulations that protect women and children's rights, and they can seek help, including dispute mediation, from women's federations. Online psychological- and/ or legal-consultation services are available 24 hours a day. Women who suffer domestic violence can upload evidence, in the form of audio recordings, videos and photographs.

Ningxia Women's Federation has invited lawyers and counselors, who specialize in marriage and/or psychological health, to provide personal services through the program. Users can leave messages about their needs to women's federations.
