Zhangye Women's Federation arranges for members of the federations' executive committees to study China's Civil Code. [For Women of China]

To helped cadres with women's federations, at all levels in Zhangye (a city in Northwest China's Gansu Province), improve their ability to help protect women and children's legal rights and interests, Zhangye Women's Federation recently arranged for members of the federations' executive committees to study China's Civil Code. So far, more than 8,000 members have attended training (on the code) provided by the women's federations of four of Zhangye's counties and districts.

Zhangye Women's Federation plans to organize women volunteers, lawyers, judges and scholars to provide lectures to residents of Zhangye's communities, to help them better understand the code.
