A gala for children was recorded in Beijing on December 29, 2019, to celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival, which falls on January 25 this year.

Such a gala has been held for many years, offering a stage for children to show their talents. 

The gala will be broadcast on the China Education Television during the Spring Festival.

Troupes from China and Canada gave various performances, including songs, dances, traditional operas, dramas and playing instruments.
