Ru Zhengang's family is one of the 999 "most beautiful families" announced by the All-China Women's Federation this year. 

Ru Zhengang and Yuan Lianzhuang are called "Dad Wheat and Mom Veg," for their achievements in agricultural breeding. With mutual understanding and support, the couple has made contributions to improving food quality in China.
