She learned how women's federations at the grassroots level guide, serve and contact the women and carry out the publicity and education activities to welcome the 20th National Congress of the CPC.

Girl beneficiaries of the Spring Bud project, which has helped put millions of girls from poor backgrounds into classrooms to combat gender bias, talked about their studies and lives confidently. They pledged to make the country strong in the future. Huang encouraged them to pursue their dreams and grow into the pillars of society.

In local revolutionary memorial halls, Huang called on women guides to promote revolutionary spirit and tell revolutionary stories well.
