The spirit of the Fourth World Conference on Women continues to stimulate positive changes in the world. In various countries, the general opinion on the need and importance of gender equality continues to strengthen, and globally, the environment conducive to the development of women's cause continues to improve.
We can say half of our progress for the future is in the hands of women. We are enhancing cooperation with China, by increasing women's participation in entrepreneurship and economic development, and by encouraging women to start businesses that focus on the use of Internet techniques, mobile-communication techniques, and relevant online platforms.
