The development of knowledge - driven economy changes the status and role of men and women in the social productive structure. At the meanwhile, it provides preconditions and possibilities for female leaders to show their gender characteristics in their professions. Female presidents of universities gradually influence the process of exercising leadership and management by their unique features though they also abide by the conventional hales of higher education management. The most outstanding progress they have made is that they break through the worship to dominant power and class order of the conventional ethics and values of social management. In a more explicit way, female leaders pursue the liberation of people's internal spirits with the fundamental leading strategy based on their emotion and communication.
