Several CEOs of domestic internet companies and professionals hold talks about women's business start-ups at a gathering held at Shanghai Library on the afternoon of June 3. [Shanghai Women's Federation/Yu Jieran]
A forum on "Internet Plus, with a Focus on Women's Business Start-ups" was co-sponsored by the Shanghai Women's Federation, the Pudong New District Women's Federation and the Zhangjiang "O2O" Women's Home, at Shanghai Library on the afternoon of June 3.
The gathering, which aimed to further tap into women's potential and provide those in the city with needy assistance in their business activities under current social circumstances, brought together CEOs of domestic internet companies, professionals in the field of women's business start-ups, officials from relevant governmental bodies, and college graduates.
Chairperson of the Horizon Research Consultancy Group Yuan Yue; Wang Yuhao, the founder of Hunteron.com; Director of the Department on the Guidance of Business Start-ups in the Shanghai Bureau of Employment Promotion Yang Yonghua; along with other attending experts and managers, shared their knowledge with young attendees and told stories about their business activities. The speakers also answered questions about topics of common-concern.
According to Shanghai Women's Federation, this year it has taken intensified efforts to raise funds for the development of women and children's charity affairs, inspire women fellows' enthusiasm towards business start-up and provide them with qualified services in entrepreneurship.
