Vice-President of the Hainan Women's Federation Fu Caixiang presented Lande International Rose Valley with a "National Practice Base for Women Graduates' Employment and Business Start-up" name plate on behalf of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) in Sanya, a city of south China's Hainan Province, on June 11. The flower plantation was commended for its achievements in the promotion of women's business activities and the development of their entrepreneurship over the last several years.
Lande International Rose Valley has grown roses and rose tea, and promoted agricultural tourism, since it was built in 2006. The attraction has become popular with the public for its natural beauty and professionalism.
Among its 382 employees, 267 are women. They have all worked together under the leadership of their chairperson Yang Ying to strive for better achievements in their business and displayed self-respect, self-reliance and self-confidence, serving as good role-models for modern, domestic women, said organizers.
