Recently, staff from the domestic services guidance center of Gansu Women's Federation took part in the Seventh Women's Housekeeping Manager Training Course held in Jinan, east China's Shandong Province.

The training course was co-sponsored by the All-China Women’s Federation (ACWF), Jinan City Women's Federation and the National Standardization Technical Committee of Housekeeping. It is the first time that ACWF has organized such women's housekeeping manager "standardized" training courses.

Some 200 trainees took the course including women's domestic business executives from several provinces and cities, and directors of women's domestic training and demonstration bases.

The course taught the standardization of domestic services, how to develop business, Internet skills and more. Professors from universities, industry specialists and Internet experts from well-known Chinese companies delivered lectures. The trainees also observed the Sun Sister Housekeeping Company in action.

Cui Yu, vice-president and member of the Secretariat of the ACWF, attended the opening ceremony of the course and delivered a speech. She noted that women's domestic service enterprises and institutions should take president Xi Jinping's speeches and important instructions as their working guidance. She asked them to fully understand the importance of developing women's domestic service work from the perspective of economic and social development and women's employment.

This training course inspired many of the staff, who all received national women housekeeping manager qualification certificates at the end of the event.
