A technician in central China's Henan province has remained dedicated to her work for the past 25 years.

Zhang Suli, 46, is a chief bench worker of Zhuzhou Locomotive Co. Luoyang Branch of CRRC Group Corporation.

After graduating from Luoyang Locomotive Factory Technical School in 1992, Zhang started to work at her posts and grew into a prominent railway expert.

In daily work, Zhang actively helps her co-workers to improve their skills besides completing her own work, say those who know her.

In 2011, her company established the Zhang Suli Labor Model Innovation Studio, built to promote the application of new technologies, solve manufacturing and technical problems, improve quality and cultivate skilled talents. 

Zhang has taken deep consideration of her studio's conditions and successfully completed the wheel assembly, tooling improvement, repairs and the use of new technologies. 

The studio has also tackled technical problems under the leadership of Zhang, such as gearbox oil leakage, and metro track inspection.

In five years, Zhang has tutored 10 students, three of whom obtained the certificate of senior technician and two became professional technicians. 

Zhang has lectured a total of 683 times, and instructed apprentices to obtain patents. She had appointed by the government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an expert for technical aid purposes. 

She has also frequently engaged in social activities. She communicated with college students about technical skills in many places, as well as with the masters and experts of neighboring provinces. 

Zhang also took part in training and exchange activities in Europe and South Korea in the past years.

Due to her outstanding performance and dedication, Zhang has been awarded with the honorary titles including National March 8th Red-Banner Holder, National Technical Expert, and National Model Worker.
