NW China's Qinghai Elects 25 Delegates to Attend National Women's Congress
Qinghai Women's Federation held its fifth session of the 12th Executive Committee in northwest China's Qinghai Province on August 15. [Women Voice]


Qinghai Women's Federation (QWF) held the fifth session of its 12th Executive Committee on August 15, selecting Wang Haihong as the president of QWF and 25 candidates for delegates to attend the 12th National Women's Congress of China on behalf of Qinghai Province. 

Ma Jixiao, the standing committee member of Qinghai provincial Party committee, gave a speech during the conference.

The nomination and recommendation of the delegates are strictly in accordance with the procedures and requirements of the All-China Women's Federation. The candidates' age group, education level and occupation distribution is more reasonable than before.

The newly-elected are a pool of representatives from different ethnic groups, industries and strata.
