Women's organizations and agencies of foreign countries, international organizations, foreign embassies in China and overseas Chinese organizations and communities have expressed their condolences and support to the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) for China's battle against the novel coronavirus epidemic. They have also been raising funds and materials to provide support for the epidemic prevention and control work since the pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, a city in Central China's Hubei Province.

Up to February 6, the women's organizations and agencies, and embassies in China that have expressed their condolences and support to the ACWF include the UN Women, the Women's Union of Russia, the Congress of Women of Kyrgyzstan, the Women's Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cuban Women's Federation, the Women's Affairs of Cambodia, the Japan National Federation of Regional Women's Organizations, the Soka Gakkai, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in China, the Embassy of the Republic of Vanuatu in China and the Embassy of the Republic of the Congo in China.

Meanwhile, the associations of overseas Chinese women in Spain, France, Japan, Brazil, the United States, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo have raised funds and medical materials for China to better help it combat the novel coronavirus epidemic.

The Chinese Women's General Association of Spain collected donations of 170,000 yuan (about U.S. $24,284.7) in just five days to aid the domestic fight against the epidemic outbreak. As of February 5, the Overseas Chinese Women's Association in France had raised 70,000 EUR (about 536,000 yuan) and purchased 60,000 facial masks as well as 10,000 pairs of gloves for Wenzhou, a city in East China's Zhejiang Province.

The ACWF says that it is hearing from an increasing number of friendly organizations abroad expressing their support for China in its prevention and control efforts.
