China's Heilongjiang Provides After-school Service Since 2017

Since 2017, the government of Harbin, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has launched an "after-school service" program, in which students of more than 240 primary schools can stay at school and learn traditional cultures provided by schools while waiting for their parents to pick them up.
