The Women's Federation of Liaoning Province held an activity of caring for the disadvantaged children in January.

Twenty members of the executive committees of the province's women's federation and the Women's Federation of Chaoyang City paired with 20 left-behind children whose parents have migrated to other places for work and disadvantaged children to give them one-on-one assistance during the activity held at the children and women's home in a village in Chaoyang County, Chaoyang City, Northeast China's Liaoning Province. Books and schoolbags were also given to the children.

The activity was an action of the "Taking Love Home" nationwide campaign launched by the All-China Women's Federation, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Education and several other departments and organizations in December 2019. The campaign aims to bring care to disadvantaged children during the winter vacation and the Spring Festival.

Women's federations at all levels in Liaoning will further expand this activity and motivate all sectors of society to work together to assist the disadvantaged and left-behind children, enabling them to grow up happily.
