NPC Deputies from south China's Hainan and Fujian provinces, and east China's Anhui Province reviewed and examined the work report of the standing committee of the 12th National People's Congress, China's top legislative body. The fourth session of the 12th NPC opened at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, capital of China, March 5, 2016.
