The Journal of China Women's University (CWU) has been selected for a national list of outstanding journals in humanities and social science once again.

The news came from the Report on the Comprehensive Evaluation of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences Journals AMI (2018), which was released at the 5th National Forum on Humanities and Social Sciences. The forum was held by the Chinese Social Sciences Evaluation Center in Beijing on November 16.

The last time that the CWU Journal was ranked on the list was 2014.

Organizers this time conducted their assessment of 1,291 journals of humanities and social sciences and selected 22 of them for the national list, in which the CWU Journal was included in the extended list of 11 journals.

The selection is recognition from the Chinese academic circle of the CWU Journal for its consistent emphasis upon quality-oriented development.

The CWU will further improve the quality of its journal and academic standards and contribute to the prosperity of the Chinese academic circle and the development of women.
