About 70 representatives from the CWDF, Peking University, Tsinghua University, the Haidian District Post Office and other units took part in the activity.

The CWDF distributed the parcels to 46 needy female sanitation workers and conveyed Women’s Day greetings to them.

Secretary General of the CWDF Qin Guoying said that the workers make a conscientious effort every day to keep the environment clean for other residents. She said that the public should pay more concern to these workers, as they work hard but earn relatively low salaries.
