Even though nonprofit organizations play an important role in providing social support to ensure the right of women living in poverty to higher education, how to make this support system sustainable remains a problem faced by all the nonprofit organizations. The social support mechanism of Red Phoenix Project operated by Shaanxi Women's Foundation has addressed this problem well. Its mechanism has won the long-term development potential by attracting the existing donation resources, raising the ability of these resources to oversee the use of their donation and the domino effects of their contribution to society. This experience may have provided a good example of project operation for other nonprofit organizations in China.
