To attract public attention to the plight of under-privileged children of migrant workers, the Hubei Women's Federation, the Hubei Women and Children's Development Foundation and Chutian Golden News collaborated in initiating the program.

Since mid-May, a huge group of compassionate people have donated generously towards helping these children achieve the wishes, 10,000 of which have been collected and documented.
