Gansu Women's Federation held a three-day psychology training activity in local Qingyang City recently, to lead local women to maintain a healthy and positive mental state.

According to the organization, they have made a scheme and curriculum for the activity based on the actual situations of each region across the city and publicized the activity through online and offline platforms since March.

Moreover, Gansu and Qingyang women's federations have invited three professors from provincial women and children's expert teams to conduct nine lectures in the region, drawing 18,000 attendees.

During the lecture, professors guided participators to open their hearts and talk to others by showing their smiles, compliments and tolerant attitude through theoretical knowledge, fun games and communication.

After the activity, attendees claimed that they learnt a lot from the lectures and spoke highly of the activity, which not only promoted women's mental health index and the establishment of safe families but also helped the province set up a harmonious and civilized society.
