The Happy English education-service team from the School of Languages of Shaoyang University, central China's Hunan Province, organized a series of supported-teaching activities in the Baogongpu Primary School in the Shaodong County, on July 8, which is also the second day of their social practice activities.
There were some new students in the classroom, whilst, they introduced themselves on the stage. As other students, they also had their English names.
Yao Jiajia and Yin Qian, who are from the teaching group, wrote down some words about numbers, family members, and sports on the blackboard and give the students some time to copy it on the books.
These volunteers also taught the students to read the English words, and their performances also pleased volunteers.
Meanwhile, the volunteers also organized a crafts class to teach them to make stars and cranes.
