Concert Brings Charm of Chinese Folk Music to Singapore

A total of 16 performers from the China National Opera and Dance Drama Theater staged folk music concerts at the China Cultural Center in Singapore from June 15 to 16. The veteran performers used their exquisite skills to demonstrate the unique charm of various Chinese musical instruments such as the guzheng (Chinese zither), pipa (a four-stringed Chinese lute), erhu (a two-stringed instrument played with a bow) and flute.
